How to deal with POST-CONCERT DEPRESSION

I wrote this as a post in my international VIP group.
I wanted to share it here too.

To all the US iVIPs & iVIPs in general, if you need help getting over the post-concert depression, here are some tips.
a) Watch the videos you took (I didn't take any since I scream so loud nothing can be heard and I wanted to dance and sing and just be silly pressing my hands on my heart every time that TOP is singing or rapping just so my heart would not come out of my chest.
b) Upload them on your personal channel, put them in a playlist and share them if you are okay with sharing it.
c) IF you have lots of screaming and your voice on the videos, edit them like a MADE TOUR DIARY. ^.^ heart emoticon Then post then share. Always share because some VIPs can't see them in person and we should always share our feels. It multiplies just like that.
d) If you can design your workdesk or study desk at home, place your banner (in the PH our banner was Salamant, BigBang banners - I have it in my work station) This would inspire you to study hard and work hard. Because you know you would need a buttload of money for the next time.
e) Then slowly ease into your normal life again. Make sure that your videos are uploaded and there is a usb that is holding only to MADE videos and photos.
f) When depressed, don't talk to your wallpaper or your screenlock or your bias poster, talk to an iVIP that you are close to here. Or post a "I want to see Big Bang again" post in the group. It serves as your group therapy. IT IS VITAL, because we are all in this together. People who has experienced post-concert depression would encourage you because they went through it and survived somehow and those who have never seen Big Bang in person would make you realize that what you experienced is a dream for so many others that they don't know if they would ever have a chance to fulfill. It won't make you smug, it would just make you appreciate it more and make you realize that you are a VIP's VIP.
g) So when time passes, make sure to keep in touch with the people you met online and at the concert and make a "study group" of VIPs in your area. Being a VIP isn't just about being a fan of Big Bang. It is about making new friends and keeping the ones who are golden. By golden, I mean, someone you would fall in line with for hours but never get bored being with, someone who would plan trips and concerts with and live highlights with, someone who would tell you that you are awesome and won't let you second-guess your true potential. Because being a VIP isn't just being a fan of Big Bang, it's a lifestyle of being an elitist - not in a bad way being a snob and all that crap but knowing that the best is what you deserve and so you must work your ass for that.
^.^ And when the day comes that Big Bang gets married and VIPs would be like Cassies, a once vast fandom who stanned a wonderful group. We would still have the VIPs we shared our time with and we must remember these times fondly.
So let's keep making good memories for our fandom. Neh?
Additional: At times like this (looking at your shitty fancams) you must always say "I was breathing the same air as this many VIPs and Big Bang was breathing this air too." Bad videos or not, memories are memories. heart emoticon
